Information Sessions about Proposed Long-Term Facilities Plan

Please join us to learn about the proposed Public-Private Partnership Plan for addressing the long-term facilities’ needs of the Stamford Public Schools (SPS). Hear from members of the Stamford Asset Management Group (SAMG) and Stamford Public Schools (SPS) as they present the plan and answer questions.

Background: The proposed Public-Private Partnership Plan is an innovative approach to address the ongoing construction and maintenance challenges facing our school district. The presentation is the one recently shared with the members of the Board of Education, Board of Finance and the Education Committee of the Board of Representatives for their consideration.  

As an interested community member, this is your opportunity to get a better understanding of the financial implications for the city, the time frame for the impacted buildings as well as see first-hand what a new, state-of-the art school building–Strawberry Hill School–looks like.
