Orientation for incoming Stillmeadow Elementary School kindergarten students and their parents is tomorrow – Wednesday, August 29 from 8:10 to 10:10 am.
If your child is a bus rider, you may take the bus to and from orientation with them. School buses will pick up at the time and location outlined in your transportation letter.
During orientation, children will meet their classroom teachers, participate in a kindergarten related activity, and attend Gym, Music, or Art with a teacher specialist. Parents will spend time in the classroom with their child and hear presentations from the classroom teacher and school administrators.
Please review the schedule with your child prior to attending orientation:
8:10: Students and parents report to the classroom.
8:45: Students participate in gym, art or music (see below). Parents remain in the classroom for a brief presentation from the classroom teacher.

9:30: Parents report to the Media Center for a presentation by school administrators. Children return to their classroom for a classroom activity with their teacher.
10:00: Parents return to the classroom.
10:10: Dismissal.
